Game Notes- LE was missing big man, Jacab Hodges, and defensive ace Chandler Nelson, but still pulled off the victory, 30-21. Camden led early and took a 7-4 lead into the 2nd quarter. Serai Stewart gave LE there 1st lead of the game as LE went into the half up 13-11. Camden retook the lead and the 3rd quarter was a tight game, with Camden leading 17-15, going into the 4th quarter. LE’s defense stepped up big in the 4th, only allowing 6 points and they pulled a head, while running down the clock with a spread out, patient passing attack, holding on for the 30-21 victory.

Game notes– in the final game of the regular season, and we a potential re-match coming in the county championship, Evans played a different style then normal and were light on the bench, with 2 players out. Frankie Samuel led the scoring with 12 pts, while Thomas Brazell added 6 pts in the loss.

Game Notes- Down 5 with under a minute to play, Evans was able to come back with key rebounds by Jacob and Serai, to set up a time out with 5.6 seconds to play, down 23-22. David Lauderman was unguarded and did not touch the ball until near mid-court as he fired a quick pass to Amare Yarborough, who banked in the buzzer beating game winning shot. David Lauderman and Frankie Samuel led the team with 7 points each, while Josh Martin had 6 pts, Amare Yarborough 4pts, and Jacob Hodges added 1 in a true team win.
